Our policy is simple... Accepting your project implies our unwavering commitment to your satisfaction.
In a nutshell, we deliver on our promises! By offering a range of options in terms of conceptual and revision work on any given project, you have the flexibility to define exactly how fine tuned your work will turn out. In the unlikely event of us not being able to fulfill your vision, we will write off up to 50% of the project value and retain the balance to cover some of our effort - simple.
Once we have reached the concept approval milestone a minimum 75% of the project value will become due.Unfortunately, the service & design business is not like manufacturing where we can offer you a full refund on return of the product.Our investment is in time and effort, therefore we have developed a number of mechanisms to support our customer service and quality assurance policy.

| COMMUNICATION POLICY |
We've developed a custom communication management system that handles multi-channel communication
.It integrates seamlessly with our Project Workspace and Private Message Boards. Although we have a variety of ways to communicate cost effectively with you, we prefer messages on the Project Message Board.
The log in process provides you with the assurance that there will be an an open record of communications, commitments and deliverables, and that a central place is provided where all stakeholders review the projects' progress no matter where in the world and on which PC.

We use the messenger accounts for real time chats. It is very effective and once saved also serves as a record of communications.In our working hours section, you can check when we're available for communication in your time zone.
We believe the above sufficiently covers all modes of communicating, apart from the obvious meetings and phone calls. We prefer not to take verbal briefs.We issue a work order based on each message received from you, and track its progress until the work order is closed. This requires a documented request / instruction. |

| Method Delivery: |
As a rule and unless otherwise agreed, we will deliver all final files for projects in industry standard, compressed file format to the PMB (Private Message Board).
In cases where you need to have the files delivered on CD-R or CD-RW format, the materials and shipping cost will be for the client's account - quoted upfront and charged through at cost.The following deals with the types of files you can expect to receive
